RAMKUMAR, J.\n               =======================\n               Bail Application No. 1028 of 2009\n               =======================\n            Dated this the 11th day of March, 2009.\n\n                             O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>who is the accused in Cr. No. 18 of 2009 of Karthikappally Excise<\/p>\n<p>Range for offences punishable under Secs.8 (1) and 8(2) of the<\/p>\n<p>Abkari Act for having been found in possession of 5 liters<\/p>\n<p>of arrack, seeks his enlargement on bail. Petitioner was arrested<\/p>\n<p>on 17.02.2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.    Having regard to the nature of the       offences, the<\/p>\n<p>duration of judicial custody undergone by the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>other circumstances of the case etc., I am inclined to grant bail to<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner.    Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be<\/p>\n<p>released on bail with effect from 18.03.2009 on his executing a<\/p>\n<p>bond for Rs. 20,000\/- (Rupees twenty thousand only) with two<\/p>\n<p>solvent sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>J.F.C.M-I., Harippad, and subject to the following conditions:<\/p>\n<p>B.A. No. 1028\/2009<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                  -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>              1.    The   petitioner   shall   report   before    the<br \/>\n              Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on<br \/>\n              all Wednesdays.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>              2.  The petitioner shall make himself available for<br \/>\n              interrogation, including custodial interrogation as and<br \/>\n              when required by the police till the filing of the final<br \/>\n              report.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>              3. The petitioner shall not influence or intimidate the<br \/>\n              prosecution witnesses nor shall he attempt to tamper<br \/>\n              with the evidence for the prosecution.<\/p>\n<p>              4.
