The<br \/>\nappellant was present in person, whereas the respondents were represented by Shri Hem<br \/>\nChand, ACP, Shri Satish Kumar, SHO, Narela and Shri Krishanpal Singh, ASI.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.     The appellant filed RTI-request dated 5.7.2010, seeking information on action<br \/>\ntaken report on his complaint dated 5.3.2010 addressed to Lt. Governor, which was<br \/>\nforwarded to Commissioner of Police vide Dy. No. 7563. The PIO vide letter No.3705\/I.D.<br \/>\nNo.1426\/10\/RTI Cell\/Outer District dated 3.8.2010 has replied to the appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.     Aggrieved by the decision of PIO, the appellant filed first-appeal 30.8.2010 before<br \/>\nFAA. The FAA vide order No. 810\/Appeal\/RTI\/OD dated 24.9.2010 has decided<br \/>\nappellant&#8217;s first-appeal and upheld the decision of PIO.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.     During the hearing the respondents submitted that complete point-wise<br \/>\nreply\/information\/documents requested by the appellant available in P.S. Narela, Delhi<br \/>\nwere provided to the appellant within the stipulated period. The appellant submitted that<br \/>\nthe respondents have not provided information on Point No. II (3) and Point No. III (1 &amp; 2).<br \/>\nThe respondents submitted that the said information is not available with them.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                             -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                                                          Case No. CIC\/SS\/A\/2010\/001231<\/p>\n<p>5.
