Petitioner\n                                   Versus\n           1.The State Of Bihar through the Principal Secretary,\n             Human Resources Development Department, Govt. of\n             Bihar, Patna\n           2.The Chairman, Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Boring\n             Canal Road, Patna\n           3.Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board, Patna through its\n             Secretary, Boring Canal Road, Patna. ......Respondents\n                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3.   28\/02\/2011        Heard learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                  as well as learned counsel for the respondents.<\/p>\n<p>                       Admittedly,        the        Institution    has    not<\/p>\n<p>                  applied   afresh       for     grant     of   recognition.<\/p>\n<p>                  Therefore,   rightly         the    Institution   was    not<\/p>\n<p>                  approved and its name was not recommended to the<\/p>\n<p>                  Government       for          the       purpose         along<\/p>\n<p>                  with several institutions which were recommended<\/p>\n<p>                  by Annexure-7.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       Learned counsel for the petitioner submits<\/p>\n<p>                  that the Institution will submit requisite fees<\/p>\n<p>                  and form with the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board<\/p>\n<p>                  for start of process for grant of recognition to<\/p>\n<p>                  the Institution.\n<\/p>\n<p>                       Let it be so done. If the said fees and<\/p>\n<p>                  form are submitted with the Board, the Board<\/p>\n<p>                  will initiate the process for consideration of<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           the case of the Institution for recognition in<\/p>\n<p>           accordance with law in the next phase of the<\/p>\n<p>           process.\n<\/p>\n<p>                With the above observation and direction,<\/p>\n<p>           the writ application is disposed of.<\/p>\n<pre>Pradeep\/                      ( J.
