I have perused the medical certificate produced before me in<br \/>\nwhich it is mentioned that Kamraj (father of prisoner) need surgery<br \/>\nagain on 11.10.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\ngrounds stated in the application for extension of temporary bail<br \/>\nseems to be genuine and proper. Hence, I am inclined to entertain<br \/>\nthis application.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAccordingly,<br \/>\nthis application is allowed. Time is granted to the prisoner to<br \/>\nsurrender before the Jail Authority till 15.10.2011 at 5.00 P.M.
