Members,\u00a0 today is the Human Rights Day.\u00a0 It was on 10th December, 1948 that the United Nations General Assembly adopted and proclaimed the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 The day reminds us of our commitment towards securing social, economic and cultural as well as civil and political rights for all mankind, in general and our citizens,\u00a0 in particular.\u00a0 These holy objectives find a prominent place in the Preamble of our Constitution and the country has taken several initiatives to attain them.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Let us, on this occasion, rededicate ourselves to fully achieving these objectives as enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.\n<\/p>\n<p>       \u00a0  <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0  <\/p>\n<p><a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=MADAM%20SPEAKER\">MADAM SPEAKER<\/a>: Now, let us go to the Question Hour.\n<\/p>\n<p>\u2026 (Interruptions)\n<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=SHRI%20MADHU%20GOUD%20YASKHI%20\">SHRI MADHU GOUD YASKHI <\/a>(<a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=NIZAMABAD\">NIZAMABAD<\/a>): Madam Speaker, at this moment, we express our sincere thanks to the Union Government, the hon.
