The petitioner himself states in the writ petition that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is ready to pay the entire dues. The petitioner has not been<\/p>\n<p>able to obtain any interim order. As such, there is no point in<\/p>\n<p>considering the writ petition on merits.
