No.30476 of 2011\n                                 Bidya Rai, Son of Rajeshwar Rai.\n                                               Versus\n                                      The State Of Bihar\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2       23.09.2011               Power is filed on behalf of the informant.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as<\/p>\n<p>                     learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Petitioner is in jail custody since 26.06.2011 in a case<\/p>\n<p>                     registered under Sections 302, 341\/34 of the Indian Penal Code<\/p>\n<p>                     and 3(2) (v) of the SC\/ST Prevention of Atrocities Act as well as<\/p>\n<p>                     27 of the Arms Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Allegedly, petitioner caught hold of the deceased and<\/p>\n<p>                     ordered the other accused to shoot him and after that F.I.R.<\/p>\n<p>                     named accused Tarun Rai opened fire causing the death of the<\/p>\n<p>                     deceased.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the above stated facts and circumstances<\/p>\n<p>                     as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, named<\/p>\n<p>                     above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                     10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each<\/p>\n<p>                     to the satisfaction of A.K. Singh, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class,<\/p>\n<p>                     Saran At Chapra, in connection with Dariyapur P.S.
