   In\u00a0compliance\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0directions\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0Commission\u00a0the\u00a0FAA\u00a0has\u00a0passed\u00a0an\u00a0order\u00a0<br \/>\ndated\u00a022.12.2010.\u00a0\u00a0As\u00a0per\u00a0the\u00a0order\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0FAA,\u00a0the\u00a0investigation\u00a0agency\u00a0\/\u00a0organizations\u00a0<br \/>\nconducting\u00a0enquiry\u00a0\/\u00a0investigation\u00a0against\u00a0the\u00a0M\/s\u00a0Perfect\u00a0Technology,\u00a0were\u00a0consulted\u00a0by\u00a0<br \/>\nthe \u00a0 FAA \u00a0 in \u00a0 order \u00a0 to \u00a0 know \u00a0 whether \u00a0 the \u00a0 investigation \u00a0 \/ \u00a0 enquiries \u00a0 against \u00a0 M\/ \u00a0 Perfect\u00a0<br \/>\nTechnology\u00a0have\u00a0been\u00a0concluded\u00a0or\u00a0not.\u00a0\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>        After \u00a0 careful \u00a0 examination, \u00a0 the \u00a0 FAA \u00a0 has \u00a0 noted \u00a0 that \u00a0 as \u00a0 per \u00a0 reply \u00a0 received \u00a0 in\u00a0<br \/>\nconnection \u00a0 with \u00a0 this \u00a0 matter \u00a0 from \u00a0 the \u00a0 Dy. \u00a0 Commissioner \u00a0 (Hqrs. \u00a0 Anti\u00adevasion \u00a0 Unit)\u00a0<br \/>\nSiliguri\u00a0Commissionerate,\u00a0Siliguri,\u00a0who\u00a0is\u00a0conducting\u00a0enquiry\u00a0\/\u00a0investigation\u00a0against\u00a0M\/s\u00a0<br \/>\nPerfect\u00a0Technologies,\u00a0a\u00a0Show\u00a0Cause\u00a0has\u00a0been\u00a0issued\u00a0to\u00a0M\/s\u00a0Perfect\u00a0Technologies\u00a0on\u00a0<br \/>\n30.06.2010,\u00a0and\u00a0that\u00a0enquiries\u00a0have\u00a0not\u00a0yet\u00a0been\u00a0concluded.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0In\u00a0view\u00a0of\u00a0this\u00a0the\u00a0FAA\u00a0has\u00a0<br \/>\nheld\u00a0that\u00a0information\u00a0as\u00a0desired\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant,\u00a0cannot\u00a0be\u00a0provided\u00a0to\u00a0him,\u00a0in\u00a0terms\u00a0of\u00a0<br \/>\n Section \u00a0 8(1)(h) \u00a0 of \u00a0 the \u00a0 RTI \u00a0 Act \u00a0 as \u00a0 enquiry \u00a0 \/ \u00a0 investigation \u00a0 M\/s \u00a0 Perfect \u00a0 Technologies,\u00a0<br \/>\nowned\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant,\u00a0are\u00a0under\u00a0process\u00a0and\u00a0not\u00a0complete.\n<\/p>\n<p>        The\u00a0ACPIO,\u00a0reiterated\u00a0decision\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0matter\u00a0taken\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0FAA.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>        The\u00a0Commission\u00a0is\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0view\u00a0that\u00a0since\u00a0the\u00a0investigation\u00a0\/\u00a0enquiry\u00a0against\u00a0M\/s\u00a0<br \/>\nPerfect\u00a0Technologies,\u00a0owned\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant\u00a0are\u00a0still\u00a0under\u00a0process\u00a0and\u00a0not\u00a0completed\u00a0<br \/>\nunder\u00a0\u00a0as\u00a0Section\u00a08(1)(h)\u00a0applied.\u00a0\u00a0The\u00a0order\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0FAA\u00a0is\u00a0upheld.\u00a0\n<\/p>\n<p>
