GIRI, J.\n                      -------------------------------\n                       WP(C).NO.22025 of 2008\n                    ---------------------------------\n            Dated this the 22nd          day of July, 2008.\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       Heard learned counsel for the petitioner         and the learned<\/p>\n<p>Standing Counsel     for Kerala State Beverage Corporation.         The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, an Abkari Worker was placed under suspension on<\/p>\n<p>17.2.2005 in connection with a criminal case.         He was thereafter<\/p>\n<p>reinstated under Ext.P2 order. Subsequently he was acquitted of the<\/p>\n<p>charges as per Ext.P3. He then submitted Ext.P4 for the benefits<\/p>\n<p>which he was denied. The same is followed by Ext.P5. Action has not<\/p>\n<p>been taken so far and hence this writ petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. In the result, the writ petition is disposed of directing the<\/p>\n<p>second respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P4 and P5<\/p>\n<p>within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of<\/p>\n<p>this judgment.
