Justice S.SIRI JAGAN\n\n Dated :28\/01\/2011\n\n O R D E R\n                               S.SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                     -----------------------------------------\n                        W.P.(C) NO. 2214 OF 2011\n                      ----------------------------------------\n               Dated this the 28th day of January, 2011.\n\n                                  JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The petitioner claims that he has less than a year for retirement<\/p>\n<p>and, therefore,     as per norms of transfer petitioner is entitled to a<\/p>\n<p>transfer to her home station at Kundara, in Kollam District. Petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>now working as Sub Registrar at Kalayapuram, in Kollam District. The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner submits that despite the various representations filed by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, the 3rd respondent has been given the transfer to Kundara in<\/p>\n<p>preference to the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that<\/p>\n<p>the 3rd respondent has been             given      a transfer to Kundara on<\/p>\n<p>compassionate grounds and the petitioner can be accommodated<\/p>\n<p>either at Sub Registrar&#8217;s Office, Anchalummood or as Chitty Inspector,<\/p>\n<p>Kollam after 31.03.2011 when vacancies would arise in both stations.<\/p>\n<p>The counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would be<\/p>\n<p>satisfied, if she is accommodated at Anchalummood.<\/p>\n<p>       In the above circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with<\/p>\n<p>a direction to respondents 1 and 2 to see that the petitioner is given a<\/p>\n<p>transfer to Sub Registrar&#8217;s Office Anchalummood immediately after the<\/p>\n<p>vacancy arises there on 31.03.2011.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                         S.SIRI JAGAN, JUDGE<br \/>\nmns<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court D.J.Suma vs State Of Kerala on 28 January, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF KERALA AT ERNAKULAM WP(C).No. 2214 of 2011(B) 1.
