No.7976 of 2010\n                                     RAM NATH PASWAN\n                                              Versus\n                                     The STATE OF BIHAR\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/      18.08.2010             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                     learned counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Having      similar    allegations,    co-accused<\/p>\n<p>                     namely, Pankaj Paswan @ Pankaj Kumar has already<\/p>\n<p>                     been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide Cr.<\/p>\n<p>                     Misc. No. 21787 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               Taking that into consideration, prayer of the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail is allowed.<\/p>\n<p>                               In the event of arrest or surrender within<\/p>\n<p>                     one month from the date of receipt\/production of a<\/p>\n<p>                     copy of this order in connection with Gaurichak P.S.<\/p>\n<p>                     Case No. 06 of 2009 vide G.R.
