Veterinary College, Patna 14...Opp. parties\n                                       ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   12-09-2011                   Heard the parties.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The writ petitioners and interveners want the<\/p>\n<p>                      Commission to declare the result of screening done by<\/p>\n<p>                      the Commission and call the writ petitioners for<\/p>\n<p>                      interview for appointment to the post of Motor Vehicle<\/p>\n<p>                      Inspectors. They have raised a grievance that the<\/p>\n<p>                      Commission has been causing undue delay in the<\/p>\n<p>                      matter inspite of two months time granted earlier by<\/p>\n<p>                      order dated 27-4-2011 which was extended till<\/p>\n<p>                      September, 2011 by order dated 26-7-2011.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Learned counsel for the Commission submits<\/p>\n<p>                      that on 3-9-2011 by annexure-7 to I.A. no. 6103\/2011<\/p>\n<p>                      the Commission has called 22 candidates to face<\/p>\n<p>                      interview on 20-9-2011. The stand of the Counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                      the Commission is that even after considering the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                     2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>judgement of this court whereby true import of certain<\/p>\n<p>words were explained and hyper technicalities were<\/p>\n<p>ordered to be avoided, according to Commission, only<\/p>\n<p>22 candidates have qualified for interview as per Rules<\/p>\n<p>and law.\n<\/p>\n<p>           The writ petitioners and interveners have a<\/p>\n<p>grievance that the Commission is not acting fairly and<\/p>\n<p>properly and it has left out the writ petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>interveners although, as claimed by them, they are also<\/p>\n<p>entitled to be called for interview.<\/p>\n<p>           Now when the date of interview has already<\/p>\n<p>been fixed by the Commission, this contempt petition<\/p>\n<p>will not serve any useful purpose because through it we<\/p>\n<p>were simply to ensure that the Commission completes<\/p>\n<p>the exercise within the time indicated by this court.<\/p>\n<p>Now the controversy between the writ petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>the interveners on the one side and the Commission on<\/p>\n<p>the other is on merits as to whether the cases of the writ<\/p>\n<p>petitioners   and   interveners   have   been properly<\/p>\n<p>considered or not.
