Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :10\/09\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n                       ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                       ------------------\n           WP(C) Nos.15955, 21043 &amp; 21307 of 2009\n          Dated,-------------------------- 2009\n                  this the 10th day of September,\n              ------------------------------\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>       In these writ petitions, the petitioners, who are working as<\/p>\n<p>Workshop Attenders in the Government ITI, are claiming promotion<\/p>\n<p>to the post of Junior Instructor in terms of Ext.P2, the Special Rules<\/p>\n<p>governing promotion to the aforesaid post.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   When the cases came up for orders, counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners confined their prayer for a consideration of the<\/p>\n<p>representations made by them to the 2nd respondent in this behalf.<\/p>\n<p>      3.   The petitioners in WP(C) No.21307\/2009 have filed<\/p>\n<p>Exts.P4 &amp; P5, and petitioners in WP(C) No.21043\/2009 have filed<\/p>\n<p>Exts.P3, P5, P7, P9 &amp; P11 and the petitioner in WP(C)<\/p>\n<p>No.15955\/2009 has filed Ext.P6.\n<\/p>\n<p>      4.   Having regard to the pendency of the aforesaid<\/p>\n<p>representations, and as the petitioners are limiting their claim for a<\/p>\n<p>consideration as above, without expressing anything on the merits<\/p>\n<p>of the claim, these writ petitions are disposed of directing the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>WP(C) No.15955, 21043 &amp; 21307 of 2009<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                     -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>respondent,     the   Director     of   Training, Industrial Training<\/p>\n<p>Department, to consider their representations referred to above.<\/p>\n<p>Orders on the representations shall be passed with notice to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners. These shall be done as expeditiously as possible, at any<\/p>\n<p>rate, within eight weeks of production of a copy of this judgment.<\/p>\n<p>      5.
