Application No. 13711 of 2010, more particularly,<br \/>\npara-3 thereof is required to be modified as under:\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The<br \/>\napplicant shall mark his presence at the concerned police station on<br \/>\n1st and 3rd Sunday of  every English Calendar<br \/>\nmonth between 9.00 am to 2.00 pm till the trial is over.
