RAMKUMAR, J.\n                - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                 Bail Application No.5760 of 2010\n                 - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                         DATED: 12.10.2010\n\n                               O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec.438 Cr.P.C. the petitioners who<\/p>\n<p>are the accused in Crime No.1757\/2010 of Panangad Police Station<\/p>\n<p>for an offence punishable under Sec.498A I.P.C., seek anticipatory<\/p>\n<p>bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>       3.     Out of the five petitioners all except petitioners 1 and<\/p>\n<p>3 who are accused Nos.1 and 4 have been arrested by the Police. If<\/p>\n<p>so the request for anticipatory bail by the petitioners 2,4 and 5<\/p>\n<p>cannot be granted and is accordingly disallowed. Having regard to<\/p>\n<p>the nature of the allegations levelled against the petitioners 1and 3<\/p>\n<p>and the other circumstances of the case, I am inclined to grant<\/p>\n<p>anticipatory bail to the petitioners 1 and 3. Accordingly, a direction<\/p>\n<p>is issued to the officer-in-charge of the police station concerned to<\/p>\n<p>release petitioners 1 and 3 on bail for a period of one month in the<\/p>\n<p>event of their arrest in connection with the above case on each of<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">Bail A.No.5760\/2010                -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>them executing a bond for Rs. 15,000\/- (Rupees fifteen thousand<\/p>\n<p>only) with two solvent sureties each for the like amount to the<\/p>\n<p>satisfaction to the said officer and subject to the following<\/p>\n<p>conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             1.     Petitioners 1 and 3 shall report before the<br \/>\n             Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on<br \/>\n             all Wednesdays.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<pre>\n\n\n             2.   Petitioners 1 and 3\n             available\n             interrogation asinterrogation\n                          for            shallincluding themselves\n                                               make\n                                                          custodial\n                                 and when       required by the\n             Investigating Officer.\n\n\n<\/pre>\n<blockquote><p>             3.     Petitioners 1 and 3 shall not influence or<br \/>\n             intimidate the prosecution witnesses nor shall they<br \/>\n             attempt to tamper with the evidence for the<br \/>\n             prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             4.     Petitioners 1 and 3    shall not commit any<br \/>\n             offence while on bail.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>             5.
