When the results were<\/p>\n<p>declared, she failed in the 2nd professional examination in the<\/p>\n<p>subjects &#8220;Pharmacology&#8221; Paper 1 and 2 and &#8220;Forensic Medicine&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>She   applied    for  revaluation   and  approached    this  Court<\/p>\n<p>complaining of delay and seeking orders to expedite the<\/p>\n<p>revaluation.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I heard the Standing Counsel appearing for the<\/p>\n<p>respondent University.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.    Having regard to the above, I dispose of the writ<\/p>\n<p>petition directing the University to complete the revaluation<\/p>\n<p>sought for by the petitioner within 6 weeks of production of a<\/p>\n<p>copy of the judgment, provided the application for revaluation has<\/p>\n<p>been received and is otherwise in order.<\/p>\n<p>      Petitioner shall produce a copy of the judgment before the<\/p>\n<p>2nd respondent for compliance.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       ANTONY DOMINIC, JUDGE<br \/>\nRp<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Kerala High Court Meena M.
