3. Admittedly, appclhnts were the Legal<\/p>\n
rcpmscntativcs and dcpcndanm of the dee\ufb01sxscd Edward<\/p>\n
Alish. The accident in question occurred due to the rash and<\/p>\n
negligent driving of the bus by its driver. Exs. P. 11<\/p>\n
clearly indicate that the accident occurred due ef _<\/p>\n
the driver of the bus in ques\ufb01on. Further,   u D\u00bb <\/p>\n

 5. Acooxtling to appellants, the deceased was a young<\/p>\n
   aged about 26 years as on the date of his accidental<\/p>\n
death and had tmdergorm: training at various centers as per<\/p>\n
Ex.P.5 to 9 and passed National Apprenticeship certi\ufb01cates
\nsponsored by Ministry of Labour. Govt. of India and<\/p>\n
Industrrial Training Institute. He joined as a <\/p>\n
Mechanical at H as R Johnsons India <\/p>\n
probation and was getting a sum of Rs. 3  <\/p>\n
course, during the evidence of   <\/p>\n
Tribunal that apart from the\u00bb by \ufb01nytki\ufb01gv. _<\/p>\n
in a bar was further carmn’   r,V<\/p>\n
considering the fact thagno-was  on moord<\/p>\n
to  ih\u00e9 claim petition, the ‘I’rihun.a1
\ndcclincii     had taken the income of the<\/p>\n

   in not awarding any amount towards ‘loss of esmie’,<\/p>\n
‘loss of Iove and a\ufb01’ectioI1’, ‘transportation charge’, ‘funeml<\/p>\n
cxpmscs and obaoquics’. Thus, wt: award a_.-global<\/p>\n
compensation of Rs.40,000\/ – under the above  . <\/p>\n
