MUKHOPADHAYA\n\t\t\n\t\n\t \n\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\n \n\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\nand\n\t\t\n\t\n\t \n\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\n \n\n\t\t\t\n\t\t\n\t\t \n\t\t\t \n\nHONOURABLE\n\t\t\tMR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 28\/07\/2010  \nCOMMON ORAL ORDER<\/pre>\n<p>(Per<br \/>\n: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI)<\/p>\n<p>\tHaving<br \/>\nheard the learned advocates appearing for the parties, though we are<br \/>\nnot inclined to disturb the decision of the learned Single Judge<br \/>\nunder challenge in these Letters Patent Appeals, it is clarified and<br \/>\nprovided that if the appellant   society approaches the Ahmedabad<br \/>\nUrban Development Authority with a request for expeditious<br \/>\nimplementation of the finalized Town Planning Scheme, vis-a-vis the<br \/>\nplot allotted to the appellant   society, the authority shall<br \/>\nexamine such a request and take such steps are may be found necessary<br \/>\nin accordance with law without being influenced by the observations<br \/>\nmade in the impugned judgment of the learned Single Judge.
