With the consent of<br \/>\nthe counsels, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3.This writ petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of<br \/>\nMandamus, to direct the second respondent to dispose of the representation of<br \/>\nthe petitioner, dated 12.03.2007.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if<br \/>\nthe representation of the petitioner, dated 12.03.2007, is directed to be<br \/>\ndisposed of by the second respondent within a stipulated time.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t5.In view of the limited prayed sought for in the writ petition, the<br \/>\nsecond respondent is directed to dispose of the representation of the<br \/>\npetitioner, dated 12.03.2007, on merits and in accordance with law, within a<br \/>\nperiod of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Further,<br \/>\nthe petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the representation dated,<br \/>\n12.03.2007, to the second respondent, along with a copy of this order.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t6.The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions.
