No. 40366 of 2010\n                                      RUDAL MUKHIYA\n                                               Versus\n                                     The STATE OF BIHAR\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2\/      25.03.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                      counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Abduction       after   alluring    informant&#8217;s   sister     is<\/p>\n<p>                      corroborated by the victim herself in her statement under Section<\/p>\n<p>                      161 Cr. P.C., followed by indulged in sexual intercourse is said<\/p>\n<p>                      consented due to love affair otherwise there was no occasion to<\/p>\n<p>                      have    ornaments     and     cash   by      the   victim   and      non-<\/p>\n<p>                      opposition\/objection till meeting her family members.<\/p>\n<p>                                Having considered the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                      case, prayer of the petitioner is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                In the event of arrest or surrender within one month<\/p>\n<p>                      from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order in<\/p>\n<p>                      connection with Bajpatti P.S. Case No. 88 of 2008 above named<\/p>\n<p>                      petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                      10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each<\/p>\n<p>                      to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Pupri at Sitamarhi subject to the<\/p>\n<p>                      conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.
