Both the sentences were ordered to run<br \/>\nconcurrently.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tThe<br \/>\napplicant is held guilty for abetting the principal accused in the<br \/>\ncommitting the offence of rape. Considering the role attributed to<br \/>\nthe present applicant and considering the sentence awarded by the<br \/>\ntrial Court and considering the fact that the present applicant was<br \/>\non bail throughout the trial,  this application is allowed. Same<br \/>\nbail, fresh bonds.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute.
