No.1781 of 2010 (W)\n             ---------------------------------\n            Dated, this the 22nd day of January, 2010\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Challenge raised in this writ petition is against Ext.P1, an order<\/p>\n<p>passed by the District Collector exercising his powers under the<\/p>\n<p>Kerala Panchayats (Burial and Burning Grounds) Rules, 1998.<\/p>\n<p>     2.
