2. In the_eom;3lai1.1.f,’ it a\u00a7eg”e\u00a31   complainant’s
\ndaughter    ‘maeljunath Kulkarni. On<\/p>\n

 petitioner and that the investigation is completed and charge<\/p>\n
sheet: is \ufb01led, I am of the opinion that the pe\ufb01tioner is
\nentitled to be released on bail. The apprehension in ‘(he mind<\/p>\n
of the prosecution that the petitizmer may escape the<\/p>\n
jurisdic\ufb01on of the Court and that he may <\/p>\n
