      The petitioner herein is working as Lab Assistant in B.E.M.H.S.S.,<\/p>\n
Palakkad. He was transferred from Kozhikode to the present school as per<\/p>\n
Ext.P1 order of the Management.         It is the case of the petitioner that<\/p>\n
thereafter, he had immediately filed Ext.P2 representation before the<\/p>\n
Management and they had offered to have a re-look of the matter. But since<\/p>\n
the Management did not consider the same, the petitioner filed Ext.P3 as an<\/p>\n
appeal before the first respondent. The third respondent is the person who<\/p>\n
has been transferred from Palakkad to Kozhikode on request, in the place of<\/p>\n
the petitioner. The petitioner has raised various grounds in Ext.P3 to show<\/p>\n
that the order of transfer is issued ignoring the relevant guidelines.<\/p>\n
      2.     There will be a direction to the first respondent to take a<\/p>\n
decision on Ext.P3 on its merits after hearing the petitioner and respondent<\/p>\n
Nos.2 and 3 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy<\/p>\n
of the judgment.\n<\/p>\n
      The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.<\/p>\n
