KURIAKOSE &amp; ANTONY DOMINIC, JJ.\n           - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n               R.P.No.900 of 2008 in W.A.No.730 of 2007,\n               R.P.No. 901 of 2008 in W.A.No.956 of 2007\n             &amp; R.P.No.909 of 2008 in W.A.No. 611 of 2007\n           - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                          Dated: 15th October, 2008\n\n                                     ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>Antony Dominic,J.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The review petitioners were not parties to W.A.Nos.730\/07,<\/p>\n<p>956\/07 and 611\/07. By the aforesaid judgment, this court allowed<\/p>\n<p>the Writ Appeals and directed the P.S.C. to treat the writ petitioners<\/p>\n<p>eligible to be appointed to the post Vocational Teachers in Printing<\/p>\n<p>Technology, accepting their qualification as one of the alternative<\/p>\n<p>qualifications.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2. The main ground urged by the review petitioners to contend<\/p>\n<p>that the judgment is vitiated due to an error apparent on the face of<\/p>\n<p>it is that the special rules were amended with only prospective effect<\/p>\n<p>from 23.06.2007, incorporating the qualification of Degree of Master<\/p>\n<p>of Applied Science in Publishing Science and Printing Technology,<\/p>\n<p>held by the writ petitioners and therefore the writ petitioners were<\/p>\n<p>not qualified. Though it is seen that what is stated by the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>is factually correct, the fact remains that the petitioners are only<\/p>\n<p>Diploma holders and therefore do not have either degree in Printing<\/p>\n<p>Technology originally prescribed or degree in Master of Applied<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">R.P.Nos.900\/08 ETC.             &#8211; 2 &#8211;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Science in Publishing Science and Printing Technology, incorporated<\/p>\n<p>by the amendment referred to above. If that be so, the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>are admittedly ineligible and therefore they are not going to derive<\/p>\n<p>any benefit by considering the Review Petitions on merits.<\/p>\n<p>      3. We are not satisfied that the petitioners have made out a<\/p>\n<p>case to review the judgments.
