No. 2 files power on behalf of O.P. No. 2.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Petitioner is facing prosecution in a case<\/p>\n<p>                   registered under Sections 498A, 504 of the I.P.C. and<\/p>\n<p>                   Section \u00be of the Dowry Prohibition Act.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Petitioner is ready to keep O.P. No. 2 as wife<\/p>\n<p>                   with full dignity and honour. The offer of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   is acceptable to the counsel for the O.P. No. 2.<\/p>\n<p>                                 In the circumstance, let the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                   O.P. No. 2 appear before learned Court below on 26th of<\/p>\n<p>                   September, 2011, when the petitioner will take the O.P.<\/p>\n<p>                   No. 2 to her matrimonial house to keep her as wife with<\/p>\n<p>                   full dignity and honour.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner namely Sambhola Yadav, in the event of his<\/p>\n<p>                   arrest or surrender before the Court below within a<\/p>\n<p>                   period of 12 weeks from today, be released on<\/p>\n<p>                   provisional    anticipatory   bail   for   six   months,   on<\/p>\n<p>                   furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-(ten thousand) with<\/p>\n<p>                   two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction<br \/>\n           of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with<\/p>\n<p>          Jhajha P.S. Case No. 163 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>                        The provisional anticipatory bail of the<\/p>\n<p>          petitioner will be confirmed by learned Court below on<\/p>\n<p>          substantial     restoration    of   matrimonial   harmony<\/p>\n<p>          between the parties, or if the O.P.
