Ramachandran Nair,J.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      Petitioner&#8217;s claim for employment with the Vikram Sarabhai<\/p>\n<p>Space Centre was turned down as petitioner was found unfit in the<\/p>\n<p>interview conducted for the post of canteen attendant. The claim was<\/p>\n<p>based on oral promise given by then Chairman Dr. Vikram Sarabhai in<\/p>\n<p>1960 when the land belonging to the petitioner&#8217;s predecessor was<\/p>\n<p>acquired. In the first place, we do not find any ground to interfere with<\/p>\n<p>oral promise after 48 years of the promise.
