Justice M.L.JOSEPH FRANCIS\n\n Dated :01\/07\/2010\n\n O R D E R\n           K.M.JOSEPH &amp; M.L.JOSEPH FRANCIS, JJ.\n         ------------------------------------------------------\n                  W.P.(C) No.19114 of 2010-L\n             ----------------------------------------------\n               Dated, this the Ist day of July, 2010\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>K.M.Joseph, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>               Petitioner seeks the following reliefs:<\/p>\n<p>     &#8220;i. to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate<\/p>\n<p>     writ or order or direction directing the respondent No.2 not<\/p>\n<p>     to harass the petitioner and not to interfere with disputes<\/p>\n<p>     between the petitioner and respondents No.5 and 6.<\/p>\n<p>     ii. to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate<\/p>\n<p>     writ or order or direction directing the respondent No.4 to<\/p>\n<p>     see that the petitioner will not be harassed by the<\/p>\n<p>     respondent No.2&#8221;.\n<\/p>\n<p>              2. Learned Government Pleader, on instructions,<\/p>\n<p>submits that an investigation is conducted by the 2nd<\/p>\n<p>respondent.       There are conflicting          reports given by<\/p>\n<p>respondents 2 and 3. The report given by the 3rd respondent<\/p>\n<p>is in favour of the petitioner. The 2nd respondent on the other<\/p>\n<p>hand has given a report which is against              the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>Thereupon, the Deputy Superintendent of Police (Narcotic Cell)<\/p>\n<p>Kollam has been asked to submit a report in view of the<\/p>\n<p>conflict.    Learned Government Pleader submits that the said<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">WPC No.19114\/2010                                -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>officer will conduct investigation in accordance with law and<\/p>\n<p>there will   be no harassment as such.           We record the<\/p>\n<p>submission of the learned Government Pleader and close the<\/p>\n<p>writ petition.
