KURIAKOSE,J.\n\n                  - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                           W.P.(C)No.1826 of 2007\n\n                  - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                          Dated: 17th January, 2007\n\n\n                                   JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The   petitioner   is   aggrieved   by   Ext.P1   order   passed   by   the<\/p>\n<p>Secretary   of   the   Panchayat.   Against   Ext.P1,   the   petitioner   has<\/p>\n<p>submitted   Ext.P4   representation.   I   am   of   the   view   that   Ext.P4<\/p>\n<p>representation   can   be   construed   as   an   appeal   preferred   by   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   against   Ext.P1.   The   Secretary   of   the   Panchayat   will   place<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P4 before the Panchayat Committee which will hear the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>on Ext.P4 and take a decision on Ext.P4 in accordance with law at the<\/p>\n<p>earliest and at any rate within two months of receiving a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment.
