Case<\/p>\n<p>                       No. 61 of 2005 along with three others, but police after<\/p>\n<p>                       investigation did not sent up them for trial, while submitting<\/p>\n<p>                       charge-sheet against three others during trial of whom in Sessions<\/p>\n<p>                       Trial No. 67 of 2006, the petitioners appears summoned in<\/p>\n<p>                       exercise of powers conferred under Section 319 Cr.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>                                   Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in<\/p>\n<p>                       the event of their arrest\/surrender before the court below within<\/p>\n<p>                       four weeks of receipt of the copy of this order, petitioners, namely,<\/p>\n<p>                       1.Akhilesh Paswan, 2.Mithilesh Paswan, 3.Subodh Paswan and<\/p>\n<p>                       4.Rajendra Paswan, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                       bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) each with two<\/p>\n<p>                       sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional<\/p>\n<p>                       District Judge, F.T.C. No. IIIrd, Katihar in connection with Barari<\/p>\n<p>                       P.S. Case No. 61 of 2005 (S. Tr.
