The relevant questions are as under:\n<\/p>\n<p>(i). what are the rules and procedure for enlisting the names of supervisor for M. Phil dissertation in<br \/>\nthe Dept. of Pol. Science?\n<\/p>\n<p>(ii). Who are enlisted as supervisor for students working on M.Phil dissertation in the 2007-08<br \/>\nacademic session? Please give me details.\n<\/p>\n<p>(iii). Who were enlisted as supervisor for students for M.Phil dissertation in the 2006-07 academic<br \/>\nsession? Please give details.\n<\/p>\n<p>(iv). Is there any exclusion in 2007-08 academic session? If so please give details.\n<\/p>\n<p>(v). what was\/were reason\/reasons for such exclusion of teachers from supervision who supervised<br \/>\npreparation of M.Phil dissertation in the earlier (2006-07) academic session?\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO replied:\n<\/p>\n<p>The application has been filed on the official letter head in the capacity of Professor. The RTI under<br \/>\nSection 3 of the Act is available to citizens only and not to organization or to persons acting in their<br \/>\nofficial capacity and therefore, the original application is not maintainable as such.\n<\/p>\n<p>The First Appellate Authority Ordered:\n<\/p>\n<p>Not mentioned.\n<\/p>\n<p> Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:<br \/>\nThe following were present<br \/>\nAppellant: Absent<br \/>\nRespondent: Mr. Deepak Vats, PIO<br \/>\nThe respondent has refused the information on the ground that the appellant has used the<br \/>\nletterhead of the University.
