Inspite<br \/>\nof that neither any report has been made nor there is any response by<br \/>\nthe Registry, particularly, the Registrar (Judicial). It appears that<br \/>\neven if such specific note is sent, attitude is indifferent. The<br \/>\nRegistrar (Judicial) does not seem to have given any attention though<br \/>\nhe is heading the department as Registrar (Judicial).\n<\/p>\n<p>\tIt<br \/>\nis directed that the Registrar (Judicial) shall submit a report on or<br \/>\nbefore 7th April, 2011 on this aspect. Matters are<br \/>\nadjourned to  7 th  April,<br \/>\n2011 even if there is no paper book as now the Record &amp;<br \/>\nProceedings are available.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tLearned<br \/>\ncounsel has stated that he will go through Record &amp;
