Amdabad, District Katihar.\n                                                                             ---------- Petitioners\n                                           Versus\n            The State Of Bihar\n                                                                          -------- Opposite Party\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>04\/-   05\/08\/2011                      Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                        Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       Supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the<\/p>\n<p>                        petitioners annexing papers relating to Amdabad P.S. Case No. 84 of<\/p>\n<p>                        2010 and Amdabad P.S. Case No. 12 of 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       All the eleven petitioners apprehending their arrest in<\/p>\n<p>                        connection with Amdabad P.S. Case No. 13 of 2011 for the offences<\/p>\n<p>                        punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 323, 324, 326, 307 and<\/p>\n<p>                        406 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                        Magistrate, Katihar are named accused in this instant case where the<\/p>\n<p>                        dispute relates to transfer of a piece of land. Though some members<\/p>\n<p>                        of the prosecution side have been injured, but there is no specific<\/p>\n<p>                        allegation against either of the petitioners and the injuries are general<\/p>\n<p>                        and simple in nature.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, in<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                   2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            the event of their arrest\/surrender before the court below within four<\/p>\n<p>            weeks, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on<\/p>\n<p>            furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) each with two<\/p>\n<p>            sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>            Magistrate, Katihar, in connection with Amdabad P.S.
