Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Petitioner is in jail custody since 18.3.2011 on the allegation<\/p>\n<p>                    that one country made rifle and cartridges were recovered from his<\/p>\n<p>                    house and he as well as co-accused Jehal Yadav managed to escape<\/p>\n<p>                    from there and subsequently, aforesaid co-accused Jehal Yadav was<\/p>\n<p>                    arrested by the police and he confessed this fact that seized arms<\/p>\n<p>                    belong to him.\n<\/p>\n<p>                              Let the petitioner, Bachchan Yadav, be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                    furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                    amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                    Jehanabad in Ghosi P.S.
