Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :30\/03\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                             V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n\n                              ----------------------------\n\n                    Bail Application No. 1812\/2007 (B)\n\n                             -----------------------------\n\n                    Dated this  30th day of March, 2007\n\n\n                                   O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>              In   this   Petition   filed   under   Section.   438   Cr.P.C.,   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner who is the accused in Crime No.1\/2007  of  Thenmala<\/p>\n<p>Police Station for   offences punishable under Sections   427 and<\/p>\n<p>457  IPC, seeks anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p>      2.      I heard  the learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.      Having regard to the nature of the allegations levelled<\/p>\n<p>against the petitioner and the other circumstances of the case, I<\/p>\n<p>am   inclined   to   grant   anticipatory   bail   to   the   petitioner.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, a direction is issued to the Investigating Officer to<\/p>\n<p>release the petitioner on bail for a period of one month   in the<\/p>\n<p>event   of   his   arrest   in   connection   with   the   above   case   on   his<\/p>\n<p>executing   a   bond   for   Rs.   10,000\/-   (Rupees   ten   thousand   only)<\/p>\n<p>with   two   solvent   sureties   each   for   the   like   amount   to   the<\/p>\n<p>satisfaction   to   the   Investigating   officer   and   subject   to   the<\/p>\n<p>following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>            (a).      Petitioner   shall   report   before   the<\/p>\n<p>               Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11<\/p>\n<p>               a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><\/blockquote>\n<p>B.A,1812\/2007<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">                                       2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                (b).     The   petitioner   shall   make     himself<\/p>\n<p>                  available   for   interrogation   as   and   when<\/p>\n<p>                  required by the  Investigating Officer.<\/p>\n<p>                 (c).    The   petitioner   shall   not   influence   or<\/p>\n<p>                  intimidate   the   prosecution   witnesses   nor<\/p>\n<p>                  shall   he     attempt   to   tamper   with   the<\/p>\n<p>                  evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                (d).     Petitioner   shall   not   commit   any<\/p>\n<p>                  offence while on bail.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                (e).     Petitioner   shall   surrender   before   the<\/p>\n<p>                  Magistrate concerned and seek regular bail<\/p>\n<p>                  in the meanwhile.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>        4.
