No.1743 of 2011\n                           SHAMBHU MANJHI, SON OF BALESHWAR MANJHI\n                                                 Versus\n                                      THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                               -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02         28.02.2011                  Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned<\/p>\n<p>                           Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       Petitioner seeks his bail in connection with Hilsa P.S.<\/p>\n<p>                           Case No. 182 of 2010 registered under Sections 363 and 365 of the<\/p>\n<p>                           Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       Taking into consideration that having more or less similar<\/p>\n<p>                           allegation co-accused Mauji Manjhi has already been granted<\/p>\n<p>                           privilege of bail by this Court vide order dated 08.12.2010 passed in<\/p>\n<p>                           Cr. Misc.
