ALL\n                     R\/O VILL- &amp; PS-BHARGAWAM DISTT-ARARIA---PETITIONERS\n                                    Versus\n                     THE STATE OF BIHAR------------OPPOSITE PARTY.\n                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2     26.3.2011                   Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                  APP for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  The prayer for anticipatory bail on behalf of petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                  no.1, namely, Balram Yadav is hereby rejected as there is specific<\/p>\n<p>                  allegation against him which is corroborated by the nature of injury<\/p>\n<p>                  which emerges from the injury report.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  So far as petitioner nos. 2 to 6 are concerned, looking at<\/p>\n<p>                  the generality of the allegation coupled with the fact that there was land<\/p>\n<p>                  dispute between the parties, let petitioner nos. 2 to 6, namely, (2) Shree<\/p>\n<p>                  Ram Yadav, (3) Jaikant Yadav (4) Umesh Yadav, (5) Gulab Yadav and<\/p>\n<p>                  (6) Sanjay Kr. Yadav @ Sanjay Yadav in the event of their arrest or<\/p>\n<p>                  surrender within four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on<\/p>\n<p>                  furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000\/- (Rs. fifteen thousand) each with<\/p>\n<p>                  two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>                  Magistrate, Araria in connection with Bhargawa P.S. Case No. 64 of<\/p>\n<p>                  2010, subject to the condition as laid down under section 438(2) of the<\/p>\n<p>                  Cr. P. C. One of the sureties will be executed by close blood relation on<\/p>\n<p>                  due identification of their identity.
