Kateya, District Gopalganj.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                                                &#8230;&#8230;.Petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                                           Versus<\/p>\n<p>THE STATE OF BIHAR<br \/>\n                                                                           &#8230;&#8230;Opposite Party<\/p>\n<p> 02.     07-10-2010              Heard learned counsel for the three petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                       Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                 Petitioners are named accused in this case being parents-in-<\/p>\n<p>                       law and married sister-in-law of deceased daughter of the informant,<\/p>\n<p>                       who died within four years of her marriage, after being subjected to<\/p>\n<p>                       torture for demand of dowry etc. However, the informant appears<\/p>\n<p>                       taking U turn by filing a petition that deceased died of natural death<\/p>\n<p>                       after treatment provided by her-in-laws and there was no otherwise<\/p>\n<p>                       demand or intention.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 If it is so and informant on appearing as a witness on due<\/p>\n<p>                       identification supports factum of filing of the petition on 26.3.2010<\/p>\n<p>                       and contends therein that her husband and son both appearing as<\/p>\n<p>                       bailors of the petitioners, and in the event of their arrest\/surrender<\/p>\n<p>                       before the court below within four weeks of receipt of the copy of this<\/p>\n<p>                       order, petitioners, namely, 1.Krishna Bhagat, 2.Batasia Devi and<\/p>\n<p>                       3.Urmila Devi, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                       bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>                       like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                 -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          Gopalganj in connection with Kateya P.S.
