1.\t\tThe
\n present applicant-convict has preferred this application for
\nreleasing him on  temporary bail on the ground  of providing
\nfinancial support to the parents.\n<\/p>\n
2.\t\tConsidering
\nthe facts and circumstances, the ground cannot be said to be such
\nwhere presence of the applicant would be indispensable.  Hence,
\ndiscretion is not required to be exercised for releasing him on
\ntemporary bail.  Therefore, this application is rejected.\n<\/p>\n
