No.20831\/2009-Y\n                      ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~\n                   Dated this the 21st day of August, 2009\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      The main prayer in the writ petition is for a direction to allow the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner to join duty as Lecturer in Computer Science and Engineering.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioner applied for M.Tech Course in the National Institute of<\/p>\n<p>Technology at Kozhikode while working as Lecturer in Computer Science<\/p>\n<p>and after submitting the application for leave, he joined the M.Tech Course.<\/p>\n<p>      2.     By interim order dated 29\/07\/2009, this Court directed the first<\/p>\n<p>and second respondents to consider the request of the petitioner for allowing<\/p>\n<p>him to rejoin duty. Today, the learned Government Pleader, on instructions<\/p>\n<p>submitted that as per order No.E.A\/5064\/09, dated 18\/08\/2009, issued by<\/p>\n<p>the Director of Technical Education, permission has been granted to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner to rejoin duty subject to the disciplinary action. He is allowed to<\/p>\n<p>rejoin duty in Kannur itself. The same is recorded. Therefore, no further<\/p>\n<p>orders are required. Contentions raised by the petitioner are left open.<\/p>\n<p>      The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                       (T.R.
