Singh, learned A.P.P. for the State.<\/p>\n<p>                                         This application has been filed for quashing the order, dated<\/p>\n<p>                             27.8.2008 passed in Complaint (P) 118\/2007 by the Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                             1st Class, Jehanabad by which cognizance has been taken for the<\/p>\n<p>                             offences under sections 364\/34 of the Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                                         Cognizance has been taken on the basis of the protest<\/p>\n<p>                             petition. Admittedly the investigation by the police shows that in fact<\/p>\n<p>                             the entire case was untrue and recommended a proceeding under<\/p>\n<p>                             sections 182\/211 of the Penal Code. It appears that there are several<\/p>\n<p>                             cases pending between the parties who are agnates. This case is pending<\/p>\n<p>                             because of land dispute.
