The Appellant filed an RTI request dt.22.7.08 with the CPIO, CGHS,<br \/>\n     Jaipur. He requested for the photocopy of the attendance register for<br \/>\n     the month of February, April, June, 2008 and also from 1.7.08 to<br \/>\n     19.7.08.   The CPIO replied on 30.7.08 denying the information under<br \/>\n     Section 8(1)(j) of the RTI Act. The Appellant filed an appeal dt.4.8.08<br \/>\n     with the Appellate Authority reiterating his request for the information.<br \/>\n     The Appellate Authority replied on 22.8.08.         Not satisfied with the<br \/>\n     reply the Appellant filed a second appeal dt.22.9.08 before CIC.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.   The Bench of Mrs. Annapurna Dixit, Information Commissioner,<br \/>\n     scheduled the hearing on February 4, 2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.   Both the appellant and the respondent were absent at the hearing.\n<\/p>\n<p>Decision<\/p>\n<p>4.   The Commission received a letter by fax from the Office of the Addl.\n<\/p>\n<p>     Director, CGHS stating that the information has been provided to the<br \/>\n     appellant on 2.2.09 along with a copy of a letter from the appellant<br \/>\n     informing the Commission that the information has been provided and<br \/>\n     that he is satisfied and is withdrawing his case.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.
