Justice C.T.RAVIKUMAR\n\n Dated :01\/12\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n              KURIAN JOSEPH &amp; C.T.RAVIKUMAR, JJ.\n                 -----------------------------------------\n                      W.P(C)No.33493 of 2009\n                 -----------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 1st day of December, 2009\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>Kurian Joseph, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>            Petitioner approached this court seeking police protection<\/p>\n<p>against the 4th respondent, who is none other than her own son.<\/p>\n<p>Finding an element of settlement we directed the parties to the Kerala<\/p>\n<p>Mediation Centre and it is reported that the disputes, for the time<\/p>\n<p>being, have been settled. The petitioner still has an apprehension of<\/p>\n<p>danger to her life.
