Justice KURIAN JOSEPH\n\n Dated :14\/02\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                               KURIAN JOSEPH, J.\n\n                        -----------------------------------------\n\n                            W.P(C)No.17810  of  2003\n\n                        -----------------------------------------\n\n                 Dated this the 14th   day of  February, 2007\n\n\n                                     JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>        Petitioner   is   aggrieved   since   he   is   not   paid   the   amounts   due   to<\/p>\n<p>him   in   respect   of   the   works   referred   to   in   Ext.P1,   P2   and   P3   and<\/p>\n<p>executed by him.   He submitted Ext.P4 before the second respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>There   will   be   a   direction   to   the   second   respondent   to   look   into   the<\/p>\n<p>grievance   of   the   petitioner   with   notice   to   the   petitioner   and   take<\/p>\n<p>appropriate   action   to   see   that   the   amounts   due   to   the   petitioner<\/p>\n<p>including the EMD are disbursed to him within a period of two months<\/p>\n<p>from the date of production of a copy of the judgment.
