Krishnabrahm, District-Buxar.\n                                     -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   22.07.2011                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                   State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 This application has been filed against the order<\/p>\n<p>                   dated 08.08.2008 with a prayer that the I.O. may be called for re-<\/p>\n<p>                   -examination on the ground that the handwriting on the<\/p>\n<p>                   fardbeyan of the case diary does not tally with writing in the<\/p>\n<p>                   case diary.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The I.O.&#8217;s handwriting has been examined by the<\/p>\n<p>                   handwriting expert, both documents were sent to the expert for<\/p>\n<p>                   examination.
