Respondents\n\n\nPrayer   This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of  Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to I.D.No. 246 of  2002, dated 13.10.2003 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the second respondent to reinstate the petitioner with back wages, continuity of service and all other attendant benefits from the date of dismissal i.e. From 29.2.2002 onwards. \n\n\tFor petitioner        : No Appearance\n\t\t\t\t\n\tFor respondents    :  Mr. C.
