Justice V.GIRI\n\n Dated :10\/06\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                         V.GIRI, J\n                       -------------------\n                    W.P.(C).17155\/2008\n                       --------------------\n           Dated this the 10th day of June, 2008\n\n                       JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>     Aggrieved by Ext.P1 order of suspension, petitioner<\/p>\n<p>has sought for revocation of the same, as evidenced by<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P5.   The disciplinary proceedings are under way.<\/p>\n<p>Since the petitioner has sought for revocation of<\/p>\n<p>suspension effected under Ext.P1,            Government is to<\/p>\n<p>consider the application for revocation, especially taking<\/p>\n<p>note of the fact that the petitioner is due to retire in<\/p>\n<p>November, 2008.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>2.   I heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Government Pleader.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>3.   In the result, writ petition is disposed of directing<\/p>\n<p>the first respondent to consider and pass orders on<\/p>\n<p>Exts.P2 and P5, within a period of four weeks from the<\/p>\n<p>date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
