C. J.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>      In a similar Writ Petition, WPC No. 25304 OF 2006, identical<\/p>\n<p>orders were quashed by the learned single Judge, which we have<\/p>\n<p>upheld in W.A. No. 1308 of 2008. For parity of reasons stated in the<\/p>\n<p>judgment in the Writ Appeal, we quash Exts. P6 to P8 orders, allow the<\/p>\n<p>Writ Petition and declare that the higher grade granted to the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>is perfectly legal and valid, and the proposed reversal of the same by<\/p>\n<p>the impugned orders is clearly illegal.<\/p>\n<p>                                                (P.R.
