P1 assessment order passed by the second<\/p>\n<p>respondent, the petitioner has preferred Exts.P2 (a) appeal along with<\/p>\n<p>P2(b) petition for stay before the 4th respondent. The grievance of<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner is that it is without any regard to the pendency of the<\/p>\n<p>said proceedings that the third respondent                         is pursuing further steps<\/p>\n<p>to realise the amount allegedly due from the petitioner as per Ext.<\/p>\n<p>P3 notice issued under the Revenue Recovery Act.<\/p>\n<p>      2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.<\/p>\n<p>      3. Considering the facts and circumstances, the 4th respondent<\/p>\n<p>is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on Exts.P2(a)<\/p>\n<p>appeal    and P2(b) petition for stay, in accordance with law, as<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously as possible. It is made clear that till such appropriate<\/p>\n<p>orders are passed on Ext.P2(b), all further proceedings pursuant to<\/p>\n<p>Ext. P3 shall be kept in abeyance.\n<\/p>\n<p>      The Writ Petition is disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                 P.R.
