Anita Devi, wife of Sanjay Lal.\n                              2. Sanjay Lal, son of Sarjoo Lal\n                                              Versus\n                                     The State Of Bihar\n                                  ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   13.10.2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the<\/p>\n<p>                  State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               The petitioners seek bail in a case instituted for<\/p>\n<p>                  the offence under Section 304(B) of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                               Considering that the petitioners are the married<\/p>\n<p>                  sister-in-law and her husband and during investigation it<\/p>\n<p>                  transpired that it was a case of accidental burn and effort was<\/p>\n<p>                  being made by the in-laws to save the life of the deceased, let<\/p>\n<p>                  the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n<p>                  bail bond of Rs. 5,000\/- (Five thousand) each with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>                  of the like amount each or any other surety to be fixed by the<\/p>\n<p>                  court concerned to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                  Buxar, in connection with Buxar (T) P.S. Case No. 186 of<\/p>\n<p>                  2011, subject to the following conditions: (i) That one of the<\/p>\n<p>                  bailors will be a close relative of the petitioners who will give<\/p>\n<p>                  an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioners. The bailors will undertake to furnish information to<\/p>\n<p>                  the court about any change in the address of the petitioners.<\/p>\n<p>                  (ii) That the petitioners will give an undertaking that they will<\/p>\n<p>                  receive the police papers on the given date and be present on<\/p>\n<p>                  date fixed for charge and if they fail to do so on two given<\/p>\n<p>                  dates and delay the trial in any manner, their bail will be liable<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                             2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        to be cancelled for reasons of misuse.
